  • We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings and peak season dates. Specialty pieces book quickly. If you are booking less than two-weeks in advance, please contact us directly via the contact form, and we will handle your order directly. 

  • Add items to your cart and select your event date. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date.

  • Yes. A 30% deposit secures your rentals. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

  • Yes! Adjustments can be made up to 30 days before your event, pending availability. Please reach out to us via email, and we will adjust your invoice to reflect your desired additions. 

  • For tableware and glassware, all food should be scraped from the dishes, and liquids poured out, and placed in provided bus bins.
    All dishware must be returned free of food debris. Items do not need to be fully washed; however, excessive residue, staining, or improper packing may result in a cleaning fee.


    For linens, please remove all food scraps, crumbs, glitter, and other decor. Any excessive stains, tears, or candle wax will be subject to additional damage fees.

  • The standard rental period is up to 72 hours. Let us know what best suits your needs based on your event and venue requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate it. 

  • We understand things happen, and we want to be as flexible as possible while still protecting our time. Please find the cancellation policy below:

    Cancellation Policy:
    - Up to 90 days before the event: 100% refund.
    - 90 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fees.
    - Within 30 days of the event: The rental fee will be non-refundable, but delivery fees and the $150 security deposit will be refunded.

  • In the event of damage, charges will be applied according to the pricing outlined in our Rental Agreement. Costs will first be deducted from the security deposit, with any remaining balance charged to the card on file.
